When Lucia Serpa wanted to grow her existing esthetics business (previously Lucia’s Esthetics), she consulted with Backyard Creative to create a new brand image, basic marketing materials and gift card that reflect her Portuguese heritage and her desire to bring quality services at reasonable prices. Since her first storefront location opened in Kitsilano in early 2008 she’s opened a second location downtown on Georgia Street.
